Share anything with multiple friends in Facebook.

Facebook is all about sharing photos, videos, status, links etc with friends. But if you want to share any post with multiple friends then sometimes it becomes tricky. Lets take an example in which i will show you the normal process involved in sharing post from my wall to friends.

Step 1. Login to facebook.

Step 2. Now i have a post which i want to share with my many friends at once. Then i will click the "Share" link from the bottom of the post. You can see the post to be shared from the image below:

Do you Know your Facebook Groups ?

Facebook began rolling out to users a new groups feature. So what does that mean for users?

Speaking to reporters at Facebook’s Palo Alto headquarters, Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the impetus for groups was to make communicating with your friends on Facebook more like talking with them in the real world.

We don’t say the same things to buddies at a bar as we do to our boss at work, or to our grandparents at Thanksgiving – so why should Facebook treat them all the same?

Facebook has previously given users some ability to target communication to specific friends by sorting them into lists. But that process wasn’t very fun, and only about 5% of users ever bothered to do it, Zuckerberg said.

The company also looked at finding some kind of algorithm to automatically sort our friends into groups based on how we tend to interact with them on Facebook. But Zuckerberg said no algorithm is perfect, and getting something like this wrong could have serious social consequences.

In the new groups feature, anybody has the ability to make a group, and to automatically add others to it. Here’s how to do it:

Years back, social networks were more like a Contact book, which helps you keep the information of your friends. Later it acted like an IM where people chat with ease. Lately, youngsters covered the majority of social networking, making it a platform for discovering new friends. and it’s now here – where anyone can have a big voice in the social media. As in facebook for example where you can create Fan Pages and then promote it for your oraganisation, community, business etc. Now every famous channel or celebrity is doing this. Right!!
